Chassis upgrade did not apply correctly to my chassis

What did you try to do?
I upgraded my Mechanical parts, expecting to see an increase in the stat bonus applied when used.

What happened instead?
On my chassis supplier screen, the attribute bonus values remained the same for all Mechanical parts. By comparison, after purchasing the Aero upgrade, my Front Wing and Rear Wing both showed improvements.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Which browser did you experience the problem in?

Can the bug be reproduced?
I do not believe so, as there is no way for a chassis supplier to rollback an upgrade.

Additional comments:
I do not know if this is merely a display error in the menus or actually affecting the performance on my chassis.

Perhaps this is a common problem now? After the opening of the second hub, there should have been a choice to open a new region, but it did not open.

Given the Jamaican flag I suppose North America is your home hub. So you mean the game automatically selected Europe as your second hub without giving a choice?

PS: It's better to open an own bug report unless it's the same issue.

I think Mizh is saying that his hubs are showing "locked" as though he can't pick them, but he's made a mistake. He thought the second upgrade on the first component gives another hub, but it is actually the other one in the bottom left corner that gives the 3rd HQ.

yes, you're probably right, I really thought that hub 3 would open.

But in general, the problem with the mechanical part is relevant, after upgrading to the first level, I did not experience an improvement of +0.5% in the characteristics.

Ah OK, and yes, the 3rd hub is behind the lower left globe icon unlock. The second tier of the one before is another 50k costs reduction.

Good to know the mechanical performance is reproducible. Mizh, did you also unlock the Aero performance first, or was Mechanical the first you chose?

Yes, I unlocked the aero first and then mechanical. The situation now is as in the screenshots:

Thanks for the screenahots, those are interesting. So you got both upgrades applied on Front, Rear only has Aero attributes and also got it applied, everything else is missing upgrades.

I am attempting to move my account as a chassis customer, but I cannot find any option to end the contract. As a result, I am effectively frozen and unable to exit. 

Now I am being asked to pay £100m again, which is completely unreasonable. This situation is unacceptable and feels like a joke. I request immediate clarification on why there is no clear termination process and on what basis this additional charge has been applied. 

I expect a prompt response and a fair resolution. 

Please post a bug report for your issue trying to give all relevant information. Especially what you did so far in things chassis, current state, what you want to do exactly, and what happens, or doesn't, instead.

Hi,
you told me in a forum to raise a bug. This does not work.
My issue is I was trying to remove myself as a customer of Orthey Motorsports because it costs me money. Instead, it has removed me as a chassis supplier and I need to spend 100 million again to get it back. I would like my money back or be reinstated as a supplier and remove me as a customer of Orthey Motorsports please.



Dude, stop hijacking this thread. Make your own bug report. What you are requesting is a different issue that what I reported.

Jack should've seen them, forwarded them to Discord and Jack replied he's going through the, several, bug reports posted there a short while later. Can't tell if perhaps it was silently fixed already, so might worth checking if the other parts got improved values (cache clear might be needed as without further unlocks the game has no reason trying to force a refresh). 

Feedback about that is appreciated, unfortunately I'm not yet able to check as my chassis manufacturing accounts are testing purposed ones, thus want to keep isolated from proper customers, and only this one does, few a week, races at all. So I'm a bit ill prepared due to lack of time.

Unfortunately clearing the cache made no difference.
