Do you think there is a way to implement the feature where within the last few races or so, you can choose to cede development and save your design points for the beginning of the next season?Obviously, the category in which my CD is weakest in returns to one, but it would just make since to save during the last 3 to 4 to compensate for that in the following season

I like the idea. I miss the off-season development.
