Move manager

Hello, there is a manager named Andrea Pellegrini who is in the split league and wants to move to the main league but is unable to do so. Could you please do it manually? League ID is 28423. Thank you.

Hey, Jack! Sorry to post in a different thread, but there's another issue in this same league. For some reason, the research system shows a player from a split league with supposedly insane starting stats. They're not real (we don't get car points from them), but because of that, we can't see the actual maximum values, and we're researching blindly. Can this be fixed? Thank you.
