Hey everyone, I have a question/curiosity and maybe someone can help me. I currently have 3 Chief designers:
1. Rating: 4.5⭐️ | Strength: acceleration | Weakness: tyre eco 
2. Rating: 4.5 ⭐️ | Strength: acceleration | Weakness: Reliability 
3. Rating: 4.5 ⭐️ | Strength: fuel eco | Weakness: tyre eco
In most cases, the strength/weakness complements each other. But how much does it affect car design, and does it actually make sense to have multiple CDs, or is it better to have one highly rated CD?

Avoid AT ALL COSTS Chief Designers that don't have either Reliability or Refrigeration as their weaknesses.
The best strenghts are Acceleration, Braking, Handling and Aero.
