this one is damn lowly paid, i want to hire but can't do auction is not open for me seems
Sandeep - you can only recruit staff at the level of you as a manager, so for you that is level 14 - hence why you couldn't auction for the level 16 driver.
That should mean the game won't allow me to buy anyone of them, at least not until I level again. :-( It would have been a nice chance to go into the season with a talent 20 ready to growing up together with the team.
There is always a chance that someone could come along with everything very low but still have 20 Talent, Depends how much things have changed, I remember in the old game you could buy 20 talent drivers from as low as level 5.
Yes, the thread starter had one of those with level 10. Thus I hoped your nice selection offers another one and especially Roberts additionally has those extra years coming in handy to get her far despite lost training time due to daily races and sometimes team level not keeping up with driver training progress.

There is probably nothing wrong with short drivers, Yous must remember that I'm crazy!
I believe a tall driver equals a long wheel-base chassis even though it does not show it or say it anywhere in the game.
Edits:
Drivers Heights:
Long wheel-base - handles like a bus in the corners, but takes off like a rocket on the straights.
Medium wheel-base - average cornering and acceleration.
Short wheel-base - slips around the corners as if it wasn't there, but takes longer to reach top speed.
Drivers Weights:
Low weight - less traction & slimmer car.
Medium weight - average traction & car.
High weight - high traction & wide car.
I telling yous people, there is wiser eating grass. Some of this stuff is so bizarre it might be believable.
