I don’t understand the logic of the driver and staff market.
Everyone who has access to the market can hire level 39,40 drivers and staff, which are the highest levels available. Because of that, almost nobody has a real reason to sign low level options.
So, why do very low level drivers and staff still appear in the market? It just creates unnecessary clutter and wastes time scrolling through them.
If the top levels are available to everyone anyway, the system should probably filter or limit the market to more relevant levels. Right now it feels inefficient and pointless.
