At what level does this mode officially unlock?" 😁

Hi Racer, nice to see ya again (we raced in COTA together yesterday):

The advanced setups are not dependent on the manager level, they depend on the league tier and the willingness of their hosts to turn the advanced setups on.

For example, it's very likely that we'll put the advanced setups in our league next season, cause we have the Gold tier required and the willingness to try it!
