Can't join race and I can't save a setup

What did you try to do?
The other day, I tried saving setup before our Spanish GP but every time I try to do a setup, the screen would go black for a second and go back to default (all sliders on 50), I missed our race because of it. Prior to that every time I try to open the app I keep getting a session expired prompt even if I already cleared cache and restarted the app. Yesterday on our British GP race, I was able to save a setup on the desktop app but this time I can't join a race both on desktop app and on mobile.

What happened instead?
I got an error reconnecting message when I tried joining yesterday's race. And the race before that I can't save a setup on mobile.

Additional comments:

Three races in a row without being able to connect to the race, without anyone answering or resolving, I have to abandon and close the league.

I'm using app, IOS, both via Wi-Fi and cellular data.

I click on the race and see the connection status bar rise, usually up to 8%, sometimes up to 23%, until the message "Connection problems, try again" (something similar) appears. 
I should point out that I've cleared the cache several times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Now I'm in 3D view.

This time it worked even if it didn't work on the first, try it took three attempts on the first the status bar reached 100 and there it froze on the second it connected me to the game but it crashed and on the third I played regularly
