I cannot setup. When I click at the tires,its disappears.

I cleared the cache it's still there

I hope it gets solved quickly I sent the pic URL aswell now I have a race after few hrs from now pls see into this 

Me and most of the league that I am in are complaining of this same issue, and we have a race in less than an hour. If this can be resolved quickly, then thank you.

I am guessing this issue may be related to the DST time change because it would be 23 hours between league races and I recall there is a rule where we can only race once in 24 hrs unless you have vip. 
Thus it showed daily race limit reached
