I noticed that the atrophy per race is based (I guess) on the doctor's level since my drivers suffered the same -0.05% atrophy even though they are of different ages (18, 20, 26, and 27). The pit crew, on the other hand, regardless of the doctor's level, has -0.34% (in all characteristics). It's a lot like atrophy, since in 3 races you lose 4 points (1 strength, 1 composure, 1 coordination, 1 skill) and currently with training (from 100% to 0%) you can't recover a single point.

Looking at other discussions, I noticed that atrophy depends more on the age of the pilot than on the level of the doctor.

That said, I still confirm that the pit crew atrophy (-0.34% for each value) is too high. Even though I trained them every day right after the race, my pit crew dropped from level 100 to level 98.

Please fix the pit crew's atrophy.
It's too high. Despite training them every day, the atrophy is so high (-0.34%) that it's dropped from a 5-star level to a 4.5-star level.
