What did you try to do?
Bought Investment pack at about 0700pm have not yet received it, cleared cache and log out of game and back in but still nothing.

What happened instead?
investment pack not received.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
Windows 11

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Brave and Chrome

Can the bug be reproduced?
No

Additional comments:
Have bought packs before and have taken 5-10 min to come though.

I also bought a pack (level 30 driver) for 4.99£ and didn’t get my driver nor the cash.

Hello, I'm sorry to see the purchases are acting up. I'll forward this thread, but please follow this as the info is likely to be needed and helps in any case:

For purchase related issues, please e-mail support@igpgames.com.

Please be sure to provide the following information via e-mail so I may award it manually, please:
1) The receipt(s) you received via e-mail from Google Play or Apple
2) The e-mail address for your iGP Manager account if there is one
3) Your manager name, team name and league name

If your purchase was on iOS, but the Apple invoice has not yet arrived via e-mail, please follow the instructions below:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. At the top of Settings, tap on your Apple account.
3. Tap Media & Purchases.
4. Tap View Account. Enter your Apple ID password if required.
5. Tap Purchase History.
6. Screenshot the purchases you did not receive tokens for and e-mail them to us as an attachment.

These have been issued now.

Sorry for the inconvenience, this is obviously a horrible experience. We're prioritising improving the reliability of purchases in coming updates, as we get a few reports of this every week. It won't be possible to stop every case (sometimes it's about network connectivity and stuff outside of our control) but cases like yours definitely shouldn't happen.
