Since lower level teams are able to acquire max level drivers and staff at auction, the Youth Academy and Offices should also be able to "produce" drivers and staff at the same maximum levels.
In my case, I’ve already acquired level 39/40 drivers and staff, but I can’t reach the same level through the headquarters. There, the highest level I can currently get is level 9.
Why should I develop the Youth Academy and Offices if I can acquire top professionals through the auction cheaper and with fewer tokens?
