Advanced strategy?

I took a screenshot right after the last update was released and I thought it was gonna be a mess to set up the cars with new setup, but I haven't see any more of it. Is the Advanced setting available or is it gone again?

As Neto said, this becomes visible if your league host activates car setup realism (gold tier feature)
