Boosting league flexibility

Some great managers of my league have donated boosts.

Now we have 16 boosts. But I have realised that, what if we do not want any of the gold boost perks? And would rather have 2 full seasons at silver tier?

There is no option to limit the allocation of boosts for the upcoming league 

For example, with 16 boosts we can run 1 gold and 1 silver league and have 1 boost left.

Or we could allocate 5 boosts each season to reach tier silver in case we don't feel like using the realistic set up or the 2D classic mode for those seasons.

I want to suggest the implementation of boost allocation. In our example, we have 16 boosts on the league "bank", we would like a feature to decide how many of these 16 to be allocated for the upcoming season, be it 10, 5, 3 or 0 if we take a hiatus. That last one is pure sci-fi.

Would that be a feasible addition?
