Hi, I play with jaakop in the same league, and I've encountered two problems with the new realistic setup system. Sometimes, the stats displayed after a practice session change after entering and exiting the game, as you can see in the images he provided. However, I also experienced an even more serious bug. After my fifth free practice session and exiting and re-entering the game, all the values I had configured reverted to their default settings. Then, when I tried to re-enter the same stats and save the setup again, it reset. Luckily, I managed to maintain a similar setup by changing all the car's stats by 1 point.

I would like to also add my case that is happening just now.

I tried to get the best set up by following the positive stats rather than the guidelines. I ended up with this:

1. This is the set up, most of the sliders are on the far-right since it gave the most positive impact, theoretically:

These are the stats:

This is qualifying, horrible. First I thought I may have missed saving the set up or repairing the engine, but it was not the case, as the first picture was taken with the race already started, that's why it is almost transparent/blocked:

The rhythm during the race is abysmal, here you can see the engine is repaired, drivers are at full health etc, yet I am slower than M's with more fuel than me (we are racing with refuel).

So my question is, if I cannot rely on the feedback with the + stats, should I rely on the sliders blue light area although the feedback puts most stats on the negative "red" numbers?

This has happened to other managers trying similar set ups (sliders maxed to the right). We have observed that some managers gain a lot of rhythm with other set ups, not following the sliders guidelines", but not going to any extreme either.

Thanks

Now what happened to me was:

Did some practice runs, adjusted to have a somewhat good set up according to the feedback. ( Because getting full big green numbers for some reason translates on terrible performance on track, see my previous reply).

4 hours go by

I enter the set up screen again to do my last lap.

The whole feedback numbers are in the red except for downforce. I remember 100% those numbers weren't like that before. Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot of the before &  after.

Will do tomorrow

Edit: numbers keep changing every time I close and open the app...

Had first race with advanced setup last weekend and my drivers qualified with a 0.6s gap and big pace difference during early race, despite same tyres and saved setup. If the setup of one car reset unnoticed it would explain this.

My experience of this is the the "perfect setup" in which there are no arrows to indicate that something needs to be moved. Always AND only gives + stats to fuel. The perfect setup will be -12 or more to everything, but +29 to fuel. 9 races into my leagues season it has been the case every time on both cars.

And the stat buff is not displayed. I end every race with almost 2 extra laps of fuel or more at places with high laps/low fuel. It's predictable in what the stats will be before practice. Unpredictable in what those stats will mean during the race.

Yes, this was also my setup, as it seemed the safe approach for the first race to do it the old ideal setup way, just with more sliders. As I wrote above, can't draw much experience as the cars' pace was widely different in Quali and first part of race, similar in middle and bad car struggling again more towards end despite same setup should've been saved.
However also everything in red, some quite a lot, but for FE with a nice green number, resulting in 5 and 8 litre overfueled (also indicating one car setup, the bad car's one, might've been reset by the game unnoticed), expected as I've already read about it, but decided to still fuel on the generous side of what training laps suggest (playing casually these days and had no fuel experience on that track).
