Another automatic removal

This is not on! Twice in the last week two managers have been automatically removed when they have only been in the league for three races. Automatic removal should not happen within such a short period, it should be left to the host to remove manually, if necessary. Automatic removal used to be about 40 days of inactivity. If it is to happen then we must have a predefined period.
