Hey everyone, just wanted to share something from a player perspective 🙏

I flagged earlier that support has been taking longer (some cases 5+ days), and after hearing more about what’s going on behind the scenes… honestly, it makes sense.

Right now, Jack is basically handling everything. Support, bug fixing, development, and all the business side of things. That’s a massive load for one person, especially for a game with this much potential.

And honestly, after all I’ve read, the guy is surreally resilient. The game is still moving forward because he keeps pushing through all of this. ❤️

So I just wanted to ask the community: let’s try to help him out a bit.

If you can:
• Be patient with support times
• Avoid sending multiple tickets for the same issue
• Give clear info when reporting bugs
• Keep the community positive

I know delays are frustrating, I feel it too, but this isn’t a case of neglect, it’s just a small team (basically one person) pushing hard with limited resources.

If we give a bit of understanding now, it’ll go a long way in helping the game grow into what we all know it can be 💙
And if you’re in a position to help the game we love:
• Consider going VIP for a couple of months (it’s about the cost of a McDonald’s Quarter Pounder, but it can make a real difference right now.)
• Grab a small pack (tokens maybe) from the shop if you can
• Even a few dollars, quids, yen, reais, ... can make a real difference right now

This is why I’ll keep fighting against the argument “someone else should take over” whenever it arises on this forum. There’s only one man this passionate about the game.

EDIT: Ignore the earlier edit, I had some help.

Thanks for the support.

I will agree that I don't know many people who could endure this workload. I've been operating on a few layers for some time. If you're easily self-amused, the isolation isn't all that bad.

As for the current state of play, the helpdesk has been up to speed for weeks and the service is generally stable. The forum is somewhere in the middle.
