I believe this issue has been discussed before, but since there hasn't been an answer, I'd like to bring it up again.

It doesn't make sense for a driver who doesn't race to suffer Atrophy. Is there any way to prevent reserve drivers from that? And if so, and it's not being addressed, what's the reason?

Many players are complaining about this, and it's being completely ignored.
