Got same problem tried reinstall form standalone  link here on forum it installed but dose not work. tried google store but have to create some stupid game play account which is not going to happen.

I've seen a few reports of this but at the moment it isn't the case on my computer and I can't reproduce the issue.

Hi jack,
me too have this issue.

I uninstall and reinstall from link you post, but it doesn't work.
The app start, we can see initial image where is indicated the version of app (6.006 - 620) but after that initial image, the screen become black and after few second we get this error : "unable to load the app. please check your connection and try again".

Can one of you who is more technically minded try this below? This will help us to understand what is causing it and help others.

Clear Windows WebView cache manually:

1) Close iGP Manager.
2) In Task Manager, ensure any iGP Manager, iGP Manager Launcher, and VuplexWebViewChromium processes are ended.
3) Delete the following folder(s):

C:\Users\<WindowsUser>\AppData\LocalLow\iGP Games Ltd_\iGP Manager\Vuplex.WebView
At minimum delete:
C:\Users\<WindowsUser>\AppData\LocalLow\iGP Games Ltd_\iGP Manager\Vuplex.WebView\chromium-cache
If present, also clear this older/legacy Chromium cache location:
C:\Users\<WindowsUser>\AppData\LocalLow\iGP

This will remove embedded browser cache, cookies, local storage, IndexedDB, and cached JS. They may need to log in again.

I used Revo Uninstaller Pro to uninstall game then reinstalled using link form forum. is working now, last time  was able to setup car but could not watch live race, will see at 7.00pm if it is working.

Hi, please add an option to cancel in the app; there's no way to cancel the subscription on the PC.
