Creating a league

Perhaps i'm missing something really obvious here but when i try and create a new league for myself and a few friends i get an error "you cannot host any more leagues"

I haven't got one hosted, or even tried before.

Any ideas?

It seems like you're already a host of a league but may have forgotten.

Go to your Manager page. Under your name next to your manager photo, does it say "My Leagues"?
