Here are their states with a difference of 15 hours (18:00 - 3:00 = 15)



Let's do the math.
1st pilot: 15 + (4.3*15) = should be 79.5. Actually, it's 75.
2nd pilot: 17 + (4.7*15) = should be 87.5. Actually, it's 92.

From week to week, my pilots either recover at the same rate or experience drastic changes like this.

I'm at simulator level 33 out of 36, with a 165% growth rate, and my pilot, even at 32, is already atrophying faster than he can train.
