Connectivity review - 16 May

This is a quick survey just to check how everyone's connection ran today because the serivce ran on reduced capacity as an experiment.

I'm trying to see at which point everyone is noticing lag and when it's running well. On the surface, it seems like everything ran smoothly. I didn't see any reports but want to be sure.
