Driver experience % increase

How long does it take for a driver to achieve 100% experience currently. I read an old post that it is 1% increase per 20 races, but if that’s true even racing every day that would take nearly 3 years to get from 10% to 100% and surely by that time the driver would have aged to about 50 yrs old and be worthless. Can anyone tell me the true figures please.

Thanks for the reply I’m guessing if a driver starts at 18 years old on 0% experience then it will take 400 races to get to 100%, by which time he will have aged 20 years so he will as I said be pretty worthless at 38 years old as his health by then will be deteriorating faster than you can heal him. Not a great system really, how can I let Jack know this problem?
