Following an interesting post by Tony Crowther, I'd like to ask how often the "Experience" stat increases. I ask because I noticed that it increases by 1 point every (approximately) 10 races. Doing a quick calculation, it takes about 920 races to grow from 8% to 100%. So, an 18-year-old driver with 8% Experience will reach 100% Experience at age 64 (1 year every 20 races).

If this were the case, it should be considered a bug and the rate of experience growth should be increased. Ideally, 100% Experience would be reached at age 30.

I hope this is not considered misinformation. That's what I understand and I'm only trying to help.

I agree with the above comment by Giuliano, although it has now been clarified that it’s 1% every 4 races for experience, with an average 20 race season that still means that it will take 20 years/seasons to reach 100 %. That would equate in the real world to only Lewis and Fernando achieving that.  Max with 4 world championships would still only be on 55% at 28 years old, quite a crazy situation in the real world. Lando with one WDC would be on 40% experience!   Lewis and Fernando would be deteriorating health at a rapid rate both being it their forties and we would never be able to keep up with training if our league is racing every day. Can anything be done to sort this anomaly as it seems unfair.  Thanks

When counting the 4 races to improve by +1%, are the sprint races also considered or just the championship races?
