Does leaving and rejoining a league gives an advantage in terms of car development? I noticed a member of our league who would leave once our season our has ended, join a new league, leave that league and then rejoin our league. I remember years ago when some managers would consider it some kind of an exploit but with new updates I wonder if it affects the car development or not.
I believe it still resets the car design for start of season car to the current chief development’s strenght and weakness. So it only makes sense if the current cd is different to the one(s) used during last season.
