Hi Jaakob, this is obviously an error, and I'm perplexed by how this has happened. It may be related to the 1 week trial period being wrongly was billed. From your report is this an iOS subscription? We will get this addressed urgently and refund any over-charges.

That said, iOS does not permit us to control refunds, so we may have to reimburse you in some other form e.g. Tokens or a free month of subscription.

Looking into this further, you have two parallel subscriptions - one active on the website (igpmanager.com) and one on iOS.

Is there any possibility you purchased the second one separately?

Buying something twice isn't really possible. If I already have VIP, why would I buy it again? Besides, I don't think the purchase link is showing up.

Respect to refund, i think a free month is enought. You decide.

Out of curiosity, how's the update going?

Hi Oliver (did you change name?!), the updates are going really well, I had hoped to release them in June but the scope of what we're building has expanded so much in the last few months. I'm looking forward to rolling out all the updates one by one in the weeks ahead. There will be news in July.

I have the power to refund your web-based subscription so I have done that, the iOS one should continue normally. If anything unusual happens again, let me know and I'll fix it.
