Search difference

I'd like to know why a level 38 account with 5 legendary DTs has a research rate of only 10%.

While another level 37 account, also with 5 legendary DTs, has a research rate of 15%?!?!

Chassis. You don’t have any hubs => no extra research. The other one does

I'm sorry, but I didn't understand your answer.

You’re a chassis provider but you haven’t opened any hubs to distribute chassis. Opening a hub gives you a research advantage 

I understand, so tell me how someone can get that 50% difference in the research if they don't have someone to buy their chassis?!?!?!?!?!

And you need someone to buy them to improve your research?! ...

You only need customers as long as your chassis is not complete, once your chassis is finished, its better to kick them, because you have to pay (!) 300k for each customer with no longer having any benefit beside 1% more reliabilty, which will save you approximately 1 part per race. 


And of course you can buy chassis parts with token. 

So its not a big secret how to build your chassis with no customers. 

you don’t need someone to buy the chassis to get the improved research. A player can earn 1 chassis data per race plus buy chassis data with tokens.

If they earn enough chassis data to unlock 2 hubs and actually buy those 2 hub spots, that explains the difference.
