We have been enjoying and supporting this game for many years. Through it, we have built new friendships and meaningful connections. Even though we live in different cities, we visit each other and organize events together. All of this has been possible thanks to the community that your game has created, and for that I sincerely thank you.
However, recently, various errors, restrictions, and changes have started to take away some of the enjoyment. We understand that you invest time, effort, and resources into the game, and we fully respect your right to earn money from your work. We are not arguing against that. What is difficult to accept is feeling increasingly restricted.
As players, we constantly tell our friends how enjoyable this game is and encourage them to join the platform. Because of that, it is hard for me to understand this approach toward dedicated community members.
Some of our friends are unable to finish their setups before race time. They may be stuck in traffic on their way home from work or dealing with personal responsibilities. When they ask for help, we simply assist them with their setups. That is all. We do not play on their behalf. We do not exploit their accounts. We only want to help them continue enjoying the game without unnecessary frustration.
We understand that there are people who abuse the system, and we appreciate that you must protect the integrity of the game. However, I kindly ask that you begin to distinguish between those who act with bad intentions and loyal players who genuinely care about the community.
The average age in our league is over 30. Because of that, many of us have work, family, and real-life responsibilities. Please do not take away our ability to help our friends when they need a hand.
