I am writing to express my concern regarding a purchase issue. I have made a purchase of tokens, which included a bonus, and although the payment was successfully charged, neither the tokens nor the bonus items have been credited to my account.
I have attempted to reach out for assistance through the official channels (tickets), on multiple occasions, but I have not received any feedback or resolution so far.
Could someone please check the status of this transaction or guide me on how to get this resolved? I would greatly appreciate any help in getting the tokens and the bonus added to my account. I have all the transaction details ready to provide privately to a support agent if needed.
