Circuits and health.

Question 1: Where can I find the old list of circuits, including pit times, lap counts, fuel consumption, etc.?

Question 2: Why does a driver gain 4 or 5 health points during training, whereas the pit crew always gains 5?

I can answer Question 2.

The number of health points recharged depends on how old the drivers are. Older drivers gain less health. The pit crew is always 5 points because they don't have any age.
