Game is watered down

Level 14 wins league race today and level 13 on top of standings in other league. The game has been watered down and needs to be fixed.

The game is well balanced. While Level 40 players have more Design Points and a lower Research percentage, low-level managers have fewer Design Points but a higher Research percentage. In the end, both have roughly the same overall potential to improve their car.

What really matters is strategy !!!
