Yesterday, I went to cancel my active VIP subscription because I wasn't going to continue using it. But still, before the month was over, the game automatically charged for the service, without any prior notice that my app subscription would expire. To make things worse, the game didn't grant me a VIP either - they stole my money. And now, besides not giving me the VIP, I don't want one either. I want my money back.
I think it's an abuse, as the app never notifies me that I need to renew my VIP. It charges automatically, and on top of that, it doesn't give me anything at all. I want my money back because I'm not satisfied with the VIP service.
