Engine wear tweaks

Change the wear, so like once it’s shows yellow, it should mean a little drop in performance and when it shows red, it would be a significant drop in performance. This is so that we wouldn’t need to change engines every race, since it is very unrealistic in my opinion, so that is a more realistic wear
