Auction buy now doesn't.

On this account, 'Loose Nuts'

Used tokens to buy now, page said 'won' but didn't get staff member and auction seems to be set to an ongoing normal bid.

Same issue on another account 'Geriatrix'

I'm also unable to bid or buy now.

I can't buy or bid either. I've tried using both Firefox and Chrome with the same result.

Sorry we had a problem with the bid server. Let me know how many tokens were lost and I can refund them,

Not as bothered about the tokens as losing both staff members to other teams :(

Don't suppose it would be practical to duplicate the staff members above and add them to the accounts instead of the tokens?
