I'm still fairly new to all this, halfway through my 3rd season now. I won the Rookie, then Pro in my first 2 seasons and have been promoted to Elite. I am racing against teams that are either equal to me, or are above me (I am level 8) and getting pole & winning each race, however my reputation score is going down since getting promoted to Elite?
Am I doing something wrong now, or is this normal?
Cheers.

I can see that all the teams in your tier have quite a bit lower reputation than you, and are all level 8 or 9 also. Typically in Elite you'd expect to be encountering people with higher reputation and much higher levels, as a level 8 team.
What it is recognising is that winning races in a 4 car grid where everybody is worse than you is not improving your reputation, and it actually detracts from it. Picture it this way, imagine if Ferrari entered a local banger race where there were only 4 entrants and their cars were crashing into old rusty wrecks, clearly a situation below their brand reputation, but they were dominating every race and winning. Regardless of the winning, Ferrari's brand reputation would be decreasing with each round they enter. To uphold / increase their reputation, Ferrari should be winning in Formula 1. A silly example, but it illustrates the point.
To keep gaining reputation, you will need to find a higher calibre league or get better teams to join yours.
