There is no racing on TV and all the iGP staff are busy.

Easy Win! 40 piece puzzle, the timer starts as soon as the page is loaded.

Please post a screen-shot of the completed puzzle with your score & time took, adding the name of drivers champion that year.

It's not a lot but it's good fun and the puzzle can be done as many times as you like, you can even increase the number if pieces if you find my puzzle is too easy.

That will be good. I plan to do more even once racing starts again, but I will use iGP images and just go by fastest time so it's easier

Sadly I don't watch F1 to know what year this was!

You could stab a guess Blunion or if your really kind, do a spot of research, by looking at the car livery designs and car numbers. But failing that, if you don't want the leg work of research you could always go for time.
Photoshop is of no use you time and sorce might not match up with the score the game gives for times

Next one will be easier for everyone to identify, but harder to build the puzzle from my tests.

I give some clues make it easier:
Main car in the photo #15 is Heinz-Harald Frentzen driving for Red Bull Sauber Ford.
There was 11 different teams and 8 different engine suppliers and they all used Goodweek tyres, or should that be Goodyear

I remember that race, Frentzen finished it in the pits.

It was the lowest of lows in F1 history, I think. Only 4 cars officially finished the race.

Schumacher crashed during the warm up lap, Alesi and Hill were going for the win but were stopped by mechanical problems, this also is the last win of a french driver. Sadly nowadays wet races start or run behind a SC, even sometimes they are stopped by a red flag ..

DNS because of No Car, you don't see that one often in F1. I wonder if Montermini afterwards was glad he didn't had to go out there or was sad because he then could have hoped for the miracle and may have won the only points for Forti ever just for finishing the race.

He crashed in qualifying and the team where unable to fix it for the race. 107% rule cut off time was: 1:25.981, His qualifying time was 1:25.393 +5.037 to Schumacher with a 1:20.356.

iGP have goodweek with +1 for handling, looking at all the collisions & spin offs it gets you thinking how much of a handful the cars must of been. Of course any driver will tell you that a car you have to fight with adds to the excitement of driving it.

Great! that's very difficult to achieve, almost impossible for humans. But I will try to get better results until february 26th. This is not the end. :-P
