Can't buy drivers or staff when I have enough money and tokens

I click on Bid or Buy and it doesn't put a bid in or doesn't buy it either. I have enough money and tokens for it and I have tried loads of different drivers and staff and none of them will buy which is annoying as there is a really good driver for me to buy right now.

I have the same problem (1)
