Hi, couldn't see it anywhere but my chief designer dropped from I am sure 4.5 star to 1 star at the start of the new season I am in with 2 talent and 3 experience and wages dropped to 50k ( unsurprisingly lol ). Is there a reason for this?
Have you tried logging out, clearing cache and logging in again? It looks like some UI error because the one I'm seeing in your team has lvl16, 19 talent and 14 experience which should be resulting in those 4.5 stars for you.
Edit: Is that already a new one? I notice it shows he was hired today by you.

That may be the case looking at the financial history there was a wage change to 50k on the 23rd of Jan. Just seems strange last season I must have started with her ( she has done 26 races ) but I cant remember the car scoring being as bad as this season which is what made me look. Need to keep a closer eye on things lol, thanks for your inputs.
