In today's race, my drivers were losing about 2-3 seconds in the pits. I really noticed this when I came in before a different team on the same lap and came out behind them 2 seconds back. It never said my team had a bad stop or anything like that. I just want to know what determines the time in the pits because it is very frustrating losing races and time because I pit so much slower than the teams I pit with
