Hi i've my Driver https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=734317
on 74kg and trained and trained and no change
not arrive to 51kg normal as other drivers full trained
Hi N. I assume you have set the training regime to "Physical" only. If so, with everything else maxxed out your driver should be losing 1kg each time the progress bar clicks over 100%. Your driver is only 1 level below your manager level so it's going to take quite a lot of training to reduce his weight by 23kg. You'd better stop feeding him.

yes i training only physical and when de progress bar reach 100% "no change"
but other all drivers gets -1weight
other driver with the same height
https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=724569
176cm 51kg
drivers from other team
https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=317489
182cm 51kg
https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=720196
187cm 51kg

166cm 51kg
If everything is as high as it can go, training halts. No Change No Change No Change No Change No Change No Change
If there is still training to be done in other areas, the drivers weight will keep changing. But with that said you shouldn't be wanting your drivers suffering from anorexia nervosa.
Think of all the extra money you would have to fork out on just to treat the eating disorder:
It might really be possible that is the problem/bug. Since all skills are at 20 it halts all training despite there still is one area, weight, that could be trained.
That or perhaps this driver was secretly replaced by a robot double?
My 2 cents: script must be set ,if not already, to calculate a minimum weight for driver. I have seen full trained drivers with a weight of 51kg which is not realistic. The start weight should be something like $decimal_height +random(1,10) and minimum weight should be , considering height in cm , $decimal_height - ( 12)
Having a driver tall 1m and 76cm with a weight of 51kg, for example, is not realistic.
