noticed that some stuff on home page is in different language since update, don't know if when i change something it will be in my language, maybe its just showing his language for his name change?

The league language is set by the host, which determines the language of the news. It's kind of "unfinished" in this area, in that it should be indicated more clearly. Would it help if I put the languge flag next to the news headline and explained a bit of this in a tip?

so if the host changed language to english the news feed will be in english for everyone including guys whose nationality is german for example even if they have there own language set for german etc news feed will still be english ?

Yes, the technical reason for this is that the news is stored as it is written, and not generated in realtime.

As I read what Gary said, he asked if the league is set to English then the managers all see English news, and so I said yes, because that's the way it works, because the literal text is stored in the database, it is not generated at the time you load it leaving no room for it to be translated.
It's something we will look into down the road, possibly, if there's enough demand.
