Cannot do the set up. It is saying that one of the cars need to be fixed but cannot. Also a pop-up message says ''an error occurred try later''.

Were you in a league where a race was ongoing? All of these options are locked when a race is on.

Hmm, it would only be locked as you describe if you were in a league which was racing. Spectating won't impact it.

It's an unusual one. I don't have any explanation yet.
