Will our drivers change their decesion of retirement?

My 2 drivers had mailed me that they lack morale nd they will retire wen their contract ends...My question is if I train them hard nd improves their morale, will they change their decesion?
They r just 34 nd 35 yrs of age.

I dont believe so, once they announce retirement they will retire. I think the reason is just to give a reason, but not what actually triggered retirement?

Drivers set to retire do not change their decision.

That means I will hav a loss of $6m in total!!

@Mithun Nambiar : There is a trick for a driver to avoid retirement, just rename him "Nico Rosberg" and he'll never retire if he never wins the driver champ.

But he will retire immediately if he wins the championship!

That's definitely unfortunate. Look for younger drivers, 18-30 years old, they will give you their money's worth.
