What is going on is we're still in the process of upgrading all of the service to cope with the amount of demand we're getting. It should take a couple more days to have everything in place we need, but at the moment we're still seeing some issues around peak times as the setup hasn't changed much since the launch.
Sorry for the delays and the confusion. By the end of this week we're going to have a big update really improving the stability of the apps and addressing all of the big issues in them. We've also got infrastructure updates on the way.
In the meantime I guess I need to get my hands dirty at peak times to keep things ticking over!
That depends whether we can do some upgrades tonight or not. We're trying to get them done as soon as possible, because we know what needs doing, it's just going to take everyone working until midnight if it's tonight.
