High talented drivers

Hi,
I have trying to find a high talented driver, but I cannot find any of them. The max that I can find are like talent 5, while people in my league have talent 10+ drivers. In the 'old iGP' there were a lot more high talented drivers (and more drivers in transfer in general) so where are they now?

You are still low enough level that shouldn't be a concern yet to be honest. Just find a young driver and train the heck out of them.

There are lots of new players, which could be moving the Transfers market at massive speed, meaning all the good talent drivers are being picked up fast.

Well, maybe the talent stat is radomized for each driver, or, as Blunion Racing said, the more talented drivers are being picked up fast.

Well obviously they are, but my point was that
1. Why are there so much less drivers in the transfer list than there used to be?
2. Because of point 1, there are even less high talented in the markets which makes it even harder to get one what it used to be.

The list that is presented to us is really short and made worse that 99% of the drivers or staff shown are simply not worth any consideration as long as not some random bloke to save wage would do.

I suppose the problem at mid level is made worse that a lot of manager don't bother to promote drivers with that talent from the youth academy because they can only sell them for a loss compared to how much money you can get out from those tokens. Then any driver that is hired will be trained and is, once fired, at a higher level, often high enough that the talent is seen insufficient for that level, but lost for other mid level manager in any case.

Edit: Perhaps promoting a youth driver should cost the same amount of token as his level is (or maybe level + 1?) or depending on their talent with talent 19 and 20 costing the 15 token we have now for everyone.

I found a talent 12 driver when i was lvl 3. I bought him. The other day there was talent 8 guy in the transfers
