Missing Facility

I hope to write in the right place, my apologise if it's not so.

I few days ago, imediately after I register to this game, I start to build a facility: Simulator for boost driver training. After two days, I received the following message:

"Facility complete
Construction of our new Simulator facility is complete."

But now, after a few days, I realise that the simulator is not build.

Can somebody advise me who can I talk with in order to fix this issue?

Thank you for your answer. In the meantime the construction of the Design facility was finished and for this now I can biuld level 2. But for the Simulator I just started again construction of the level 1 like it was not biult it before. What it's strange it that the cost was 250K now and the previos cost was 1,5 mil, if I remember corectly. Maybe it's just an dispay error, it's shown lvl 1 instead of lvl 2?

Cost 1.5M to build from the ground up (Opening the building at Level1) & 250K it cost to upgrade to level 2?

I skipped the simulator as Manufacturing I thought was more important at an early stage as your level keeps changing it's unlocking higher talent drivers once the levels start settling a bit then the simulator would become useful.

Well, to be honest with you I really don't know. I tried to open the Simulator building once, I received the message that it was build, but in the end it seems that it was not build. So I made another try. The difference in cost was just an observation. But I will come back in aprox two days with more info, when the construction will be ready, again.

Regarding your advice, since I'm a rookie in this game I really appreciate it. But at this level I do not have too many options if I intend to upgrade my headquarters. Maybe I'm wrong but I think that any upgrade it's a plus, even at an early stage level.

I will find out myself in 2 days what the opening cost of the simulator is. :)

It doesnt hurt doing it now it's one less bit to do later, it's just Design level 3 = 2 parts per car repair costs, the higher it gets, the higher the cost. So keep fixing up Manufacturing to make a stock pile before increasing Design. (That's my plan)
We can hire staff with higher morale than the Offices so it can wait.
Level 5 is unlocking the goodies for extra speed, Tech Centre.

Ok, so now I can say that I have two different constructions for the same facility and same level:

Go into the finance history, does it say Headquarters -500,000 twice?

Sim level 1 costs 500K and takes 2 days it's telling me in my headquarters

Nope. It says 500,000 and 250,000, both for the same level 1.

At least I can try. :)





As can be seen in the last screenshot, after two constructions of the simulator, now I can build level 2.

You shouldn't have been able to build the simulator immediately after registering. You would have been manager level 1 and you need to be manager level 3.

Perhaps this is the root of the problem?

This is true but after first race if you do well you get the xp to jump to level 3 right away allowing you to do it the day you started

James, comparing to other facilities where I build level 1, showing it level 2 I think it means that I built only one level till there, and to reach +10% I need to pay another 263K for another level. For example, for the staff morale I didn't build anything yet and it shown level 1.

BB, it is true that I start to build before my first race, so I was at that time manager level 1, but I didn't had any restriction for the first 4 facilities: design, store parts, raise staff morale and simulator. For technology and scouting I had restrictions for example, and I still have. It is written with red at what manager level it's available each (here is another issue, because my current level now is 5 and technology it's still red even if its available at level 5).

Anyway, it's not a big deal. Maybe I'm a little bit confused because I'm a begginer. But what it's clear to me it's that I built a facility, I paid for that, I received the message that it was built, but in the end it wasn't.

I can see where your confusion might be coming from :)

You start with Design, Manufacturing & Offices already built at level 1.

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think it shows Level 1 when you open a new building, It should Just say the buildings name. (I will find out in 2 hours)
Then after it is built, it says on it Level 1 the next time you go into it.

That Level it is showing is the buildings current level and not what you are upgrading to.


As for seeing the red writing it will stay there until you open the building.

So first I build the Simulator and after that I upgraded it.
You are right, this is completely different from the other three facilities that begin with level 1. From here begin my confusion.
