Overview laptimes of entire driverfield

Is there a way to look at the laptimes of every driver during the race? Otherwise it would be a nice update so you can calculate whether you should change your strategy or stick with the one you already had in order to gain some ground on your direct rivals.

That should be great as hell! I miss this so much in this game.

To my knowledge, there is no way to look at lap time history DURING the race. However, after the race you can click/touch on a driver's finishing time and you can see what tires they used, the length of their pitstop and their laptimes.
During the race you should be able to see what tires compound everyone used and is using and how many laps they have completed on their current stint

must be on mobile. Cuz on the computer you can scroll down the standings and look at the splits of everyone
