Hover the mouse over something ? appears along with a line of text. e.g.
Drivers Focus - impact lap time consistency
The Cars Tyre Economy - increases tyre durability
That's a problem because players don't know they can tap on design attributes and driver attributes (e.g. Fuel economy and Talent) to see an overview providing a brief explainer on how the attribute works/impacts performance.
