Pit stop timing

Hi, would be nice if could be available in the circuit data also the time that is needed to enter and exit pit Lane without calculating crew time because it could be not same for everybody. Would be also interesting to build a mechanical logic to improve the crew speed. Sometimes race are tight and knowing the time needed for pit would be maybe too geeky but real appropriate for who want to play a realistic sim.

Ps: maybe we could consider in code the crew as a single driver going for training like we already do for drivers.
