Device data lost

I was having trouble with internet signal and the app opening to a blank page so I opened and closed a few times and it has wiped the data from my device

I didn't think I would injoy the game as much as I have so I didn't think to set up a account properly for it and selected to only use the device option but now when I open the app it only offers the option to start a new game

Is there any way to recover my game back to my device??

although i seem to be having problems logging in as the app keeps loading blank, i just tried using a computer and seem to be experiencing the same issue

yes thanks it was loading better but my old game isnt loading on my device
the email i gave you i had to use to access the game to find my league name and now thats what loads when i try ??

Hello I'm still having issues recovering my account, I did send another email stating my issue

I understand your busy at the minute but if you could look into it please I would appreciate it as I'm anxious to get back to my team and would rather not lose the progress I have already made

it only recovers the data for the new game i had to setup to find my league name

if i provide another email address could you link my old data to that and then i can try to recover that ??
